​​Refund/Cancellation Policy

At Entrepreneurial Elevation, we strives to provide exceptional services to our clients. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or request a refund for the services you have purchased. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation of Services:
   1.1. If you wish to cancel your coaching services, please notify us in writing or through our designated communication channels.
   1.2. Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the scheduled coaching session will not incur any cancellation fees.
   1.3. Cancellations made within less than 7 days of the scheduled coaching session will be subject to 50% cancellation fee.
   1.4. Only the Mastermind Classes are not available for return/cancellation.
   
2. Refund Eligibility:
   2.1. Refund requests must be made in writing or through our designated communication channels.
   2.2. Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:
       a. If our services are proven to be materially different from what was initially presented or advertised.
       b. If we are unable to fulfill the services due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.
   2.3. Refund requests based on dissatisfaction with coaching outcomes or personal circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

3. Refund Process:
   3.1. Once a refund request is received, we will review it within 3-5 business days and respond accordingly.
   3.2. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the refund request approval.
   3.3. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise mutually agreed upon.
   3.4. If a refund is granted it will be subject to a processing fee (between 5%-15%).

4. Non-Transferable:
   Services and refunds are non-transferable between individuals. The services purchased are intended solely for the client who made the initial purchase.

5. Changes to Services:
   We reserve the right to make changes to our services, such as session scheduling or coach assignment, in order to provide the best possible experience for our clients. In such cases, we will communicate any changes promptly and ensure they do not unduly affect the quality of service.
